In their own words, “Superhosts are experienced hosts who provide a shining example for other hosts, and extraordinary experiences for their guests.” A few of the requirements for attaining and maintaining Superhost status include being very responsive to our guests and potential guest inquiries, receiving positive 5 star reviews, hosting a minimum number of trips per year and avoiding cancelling confirmed reservations. It may sound easy but few hosts on Airbnb qualify for the prestigious Superhost rating.

Achieving Premier Partner status HomeAway/VRBO is by invite only and is reserved for only the best of the best. In order to be a Premier Partner, we pledged to 1) provide great traveler experiences, 2) set and maintain fair and competitive and consistent pricing, advertise up to date and high quality content, respond quickly to inquiries and accept and honor bookings via HomeAway.  Again, very few hosts are invited to be Premier Partners.
